About Lake Cumberland

Lake Cumberland holds five bass species plus striper, walleye, crappie, bream, catfish, and trout. A reported record 58-pound striper and 208-pound catfish came from these waters. The lake covers 47,688 acres in Wayne, Russell, and Pulaski counties. KDFWR lists more than 60 public access points, from paved and unpaved boat ramps to marinas and carry-down fishing areas.
