Two named boat ramps serve the lake: the State Park East ramp (mid-lake, east side, single-lane concrete) and the Seven Rivers West ramp (mid-lake, west side, two-lane concrete). Both have docks and paved parking; there's no marina or boat rental on site.

About Brantley Lake

Largemouth bass lead Brantley fishing with white bass, walleye, catfish, bluegill, and crappie. Fall cooling triggers a strong feed. The Pecos River lake covers 4,000 acres fifteen miles north of Carlsbad at 3,295 feet.
