Luray's Hawksbill Greenway has two ADA-accessible fishing platforms on Hawksbill Creek: one near the park-n-ride, another near the Oscar Sours bridge, built on concrete piers and funded by public donations.

Fishing Hawksbill Creek
Hawksbill Creek is a Class A fishing stream. It is stocked with over three tons of Rainbow and Brook trout each year. Along Luray’s award winning Greenway trail, there are two ADA Accessible fishing platforms. One platform will be constructed in the corridor where the Parks and Recreation Department holds its annual youth trout fishing tournament each April.
