About Lake Washington
WDFW targets coastal cutthroat trout, largemouth and smallmouth bass, yellow perch, and black crappie. Chinook, coho, and sockeye runs vary by year. Public boat ramps and fishing piers ring the lake. Most other shoreline access is limited to those spots. The 21,933-acre King County lake between Seattle and Bellevue sits at 17 feet elevation.
