Newton Creek Campground sits 37 miles west of Cody off US Highway 14/16/20, about 16 miles from Yellowstone's East Entrance, with 31 sites near the Shoshone River. Due to grizzly bear activity, only hard-sided campers are allowed, no tents or pop-up campers.
