Deadman Lake Campground sits at Mile 1249.3 of the Alaska Highway inside Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge: 15 spruce-forest campsites, fire rings, picnic tables, and a boat ramp. The quarter-mile Taiga Trail leads to an observation deck and wildlife photo blind overlooking the lake.
