Morrow Lake (920 acres) is a Kalamazoo River impoundment formed by the 1941 Morrow Dam. The MDNR access site sits off Rosemont Road/Plaza Avenue between Comstock and Galesburg; adjoining River Oaks County Park adds a second launch, picnic shelters, and restrooms.

Fishing Morrow Lake

Morrow Lake was formed by the construction of Morrow Dam on the Kalamazoo River in 1941. The lake was drained in 2019 for dam repair and it was refilled in 2021. Anglers can find Walleye in the lake, according to stocking reports. Since the refill, some areas of the lake that were previously open water are now covered with vegetation.
