Fishing Palmers Pond

Palmers Pond, also known as Deposit #1, is a small body of water located in Broome County. It contains several fish species, including rainbow trout, largemouth bass, yellow perch, bluegill, and brown bullhead. Trout fishing is generally best from mid-April, shortly after they are stocked, until early-June. Anglers are restricted to shore fishing, and using a bobber is recommended when using bait.
