Narrow Deschutes River reservoir between Pelton Dam and Round Butte Dam below Lake Billy Chinook. Warm Springs tribal angling permit required in addition to an Oregon license. Camping and Reservation-side landing limited to Indian Park.

Rainbow trout are the main fish at Lake Simtustus. Some hit 20 pounds per PGE. Brown trout, smallmouth bass, and kokanee also live here. Warm Springs helps manage the Reservation shore all year. Pelton Dam built this seven-mile Deschutes pool.
