Fishing Southards Pond

Southards Pond is a scenic refuge in Babylon Town Park, part of the Carll's River system. It contains a typical Long Island assortment of resident warmwater species and is stocked with trout for seasonal fishing opportunities in cooler months. Early season anglers often catch large yellow perch from Southards Pond.
